Directions to Silver Bay:
1. Follow 61 out of Two Harbors North to Silver Bay.
2. At County Hiway 5, turn left.
3. Go up the hill to town and follow signs to ATV parking.
4. The DNR book says it is called the Red Dot Trail Head in Silver Bay. This lot is right in town.
Our early bird member (Stan Draper) says he will be there in the parking lot THURSDAY, Sept 18 (yes that is Thursday, 1 day early) at 9:00 AM and each morning, Friday and Saturday at 9:00 also. That's where we will meet each morning to get going. We'll probably breakup into different riding level groups since we'll have some families, riding'em slower group, and the hot shots.
Friday evening, there is a fish fry at the local cafe in downtown Silver Bay located in the strip mall behind the gas station which is across the street from Reunion Hall. We didn't set a time, but we're guessing around 6:00 PM.
